Well, this is one interesting post to comment about. First, I don’t really know what to say because I would like to fit myself in an abstain position. Now, the reason why I am in the neutral side is that I can come up with two different perspectives, supported by two strong reasons. The first one is based on the views of my religion. My religion prohibits people to do plastic surgery (except for medical reason) because they will be categorized as people who do not feel grateful of what God has gave them. So, I guess I would not do plastic surgery in my entire life. However, as a millenial, I am aware and fully support human rights. I would not judge or criticize other people’s decision. If the Kardashian or Jenner conducted plastic surgery, then there was nothing wrong to it. This applies to every other aspect too. This is the way I deal with differences and as long as it would directly affect me, I think it is inappropriate to give such harassments.
ReplyDeleteFirst thing first, maybe Kim Kardashian aka Kim K’s successful life and popularity is not only because he become Paris Hilton’s BFFs in 2006 but also because her inappropriate scandals was viral. I don’t really keeping up with the Kardashians so I don’t really know what happened to her or what is her latest news, rumors or something like that. What I do know is she is marrying Kanye West. So that’s why I just know one fact about her. I also heard that she has a cold war with my favorite singer and soon to be my wife, Taylor Swift but I also don’t know why it was happened. Oh by the way about her face, she looks good, I mean there’s nothing wrong with her face. She obviously has done some plastic surgery so she can have the face she wanted. It is a little bit sad because I think she already gifted with a really gorgeous face. I hope that her followers or people who are influenced by her did not do the same act unless its an emergency. But there are some people who is not confident about her appearance even though she or he is already good looking, gorgeous and also smoking hot. I mean, love yourselves people! If you reading this trust me, you’re perfect in your own way. But if you considered to have a plastic surgery, you’re cool too. It is not a problem at all, you have your own point and opinion.
ReplyDeleteThose photos just seem to amaze me. I mean, at first, I thought that the photos were depicting three different people’s transformation photos. I think the Kardashian family has gone to the extremes when it comes to alteration of their appearance. No normal human being would go that far and waste that much money just to change their face. I, personally, don’t really like their appearances because they have pushed facial enhancement surgeries to the point where they just don’t seem natural anymore. I would actually prefer natural beauty rather than artificial beauty. I totally respect their decisions in spending money; its money that they worked for, so they are entitled to the right to spend it in any way they might like. On the other hand, I lost respect for them because they are basically selling themselves to the public eye for means of entertainment. They don’t show some apparent talent, besides their talent of stirring up family drama; and that, to me, is very pathetic.

Although her sisters are also famous for their own reasons, apart from being a Kardashian of course, but it is Kim that became the most sensational. She married a famous rapper, Kanye West, and had three children. She has a brand for makeup and perfume that is successfully sold through all around the world. In addition, she is also featured in her family’s reality show called Keeping Up With The Kardashian. Recently, she accompanied her husband, Kanye, to Kenya to do some humanity work for the people there. Kanye west, not only a famous rapper, also became a very successful businessman by having a brand for streetwear. We can’t deny the fact that Kim Kardashian is in fact a woman with pretty face features. However, many critics have said that her face has changed throughout the period. According to the photo posted above, we can compare the difference of Kim’s nose of the first photo and the last one. Despite the difference, the probable cause of it was said to be that she potentially had a surgery. However, makeup can also trick its viewers. All i can say, if Kim does had a surgery of her nose, it is her right to do so. We can’t really judge people and their choices.
ReplyDeleteThe name Kardashian should be familiar to almost everyone, specifically millennials, knowing that she’s probably the talk in every social media and entertainment news. The Kardashian family is notoriously famous for showcasting their everyday luxurious lifestyle. Some people say the Kardashians are literally famous for doing nothing. I half agree to that statement because honestly their reality show “Keeping up with the Kardashians” is always filled pointless dramas. They probably got criticized every day, but they keep making fortune anyway. In the matter of the plastic surgery, I guess it all depends on personal choice. I understand some people earn their living by “being pretty”, so the pressure to always be in front of cameras can somehow be very intimidating. I guess the Kardashian may somehow set a standard of how ‘pretty’ looks like. But as cliché as it sounds, being pretty for me, is pretty much overrated. Being yourself matters most than anything, and however you look, your beauty shines from within.

Besides doing a reality show, Kim Kardashian is also a business woman, and a socialite. In recent years, Kardashian has become an influential online and social media presence, with millions of instagram and twitter followers. She marries Kanye West back in 2014 and have 3 children. Having a famous family because of the reality show meaning that their personal life has become subject to media attention. Media talks about everything the Kardashians do all the time such as surgeries, their love life, etc and to be honest, I don't really care because none of them matter to me.
Honestly I don’t know what to feel when I see the pictures. It looks like the entire picture taken from six different people and not only one person. From what I know Kim Kardashians only well-known because she is famous not from her role on a movie or anything like that. The only thing that makes her famous is the O.J Simpsons case since his lawyer is Robert Kardashian. Since that case the Kardashians name skyrocketing in the public and their fame bring them a lot opportunity after opportunity from TV shows, social media exposure, and many more. Her friendship with Paris Hilton makes her name more well-known especially in Hollywood. With her brings her a lot of money that she can spend on anything she wants. These days when you hear news about the kardashians usually it’s about some controversy or some bad gossip giving them somewhat bad image in the public eyes.

Kim is basically the most famous of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. She has set most of the beauty trends from the early 2000 until now. Kim and her makeup artist Mario has popularized the beauty technique of contouring. Contouring is taking a darker color on the hollows of the face to make it more sculpted. When she first got famous Kim weigh more than she did now, and that’s why her face is a little bit chubbier. And as she became more famous she has now access to beauty treatments that made her face slimmer. She has also lasered of her baby hairs to make the hairline has a clean edge. But she revealed that she regretted doing that because she said that baby hairs makes the face look more youthful.
ReplyDeleteI think that plastic surgery or any surgery that alters the appearance of a person unless it was for a medical reason is completely unnecessary, though that is my personal opinion. I can fully understand the people who undergo these type of surgeries and refrain my right to judge them. They as individuals have full rights on their own bodies and person, even though people might not agree with what they do, it is not a right that they have to prohibit these people from doing it. These types of surgeries have proven to be able to increase the level of attractiveness of a person and some have proven to be dangerous for health and have horrible impacts on your appearance for example is the case of Rajee Narinesingh, an Indian woman who had a botched surgery and accidentally had a mixture of tire sealant injected into her face.

I would say that Kris Jenner did an amazing job at marketing her daughters since every one of them excelled in their career. They became trendsetters, and some of them were actually ridiculous. There was actually a video called "6 Steps to Eating a Kit Kat" by Kourtney Kardashian which is unnecessary but became viral. Kylie, her 20-year-old sister, for example, made it to the richest self-made women according to Forbes through her cosmetics empire called Kylie Cosmetics. Still, she got her publicity from the news through her daily activities that, again, became viral, such as adding butter and garlic powder in her instant ramen and that she just had cereal with milk for the first time. I would say that she is also very powerful in terms of her loyal fans since she actually made Snapchat's stock to drop significantly when she tweeted that no one uses Snapchat anymore. All in all, these girls are the symbol of the new generation, together with their extended family, Kanye West, who is on Trump's side and told everyone that he may be running for the next American president.
ReplyDeletewell, it’s not a secret anymore that besides being a BFF of Paris Hilton, Kim K also got famous and known for her “leaked” tape with her ex-boyfriend back in the early 2000’s. since that “leaked” tape issue, she’s becoming popular and more popular than she was beforehand. I’ve known quite much regarding this complex and dramatic family due to the fact that my mom keeps on forcing me to watch it together in order to make me stay downstairs instead of always being inside my room upstairs. Based on my point of view, i think the reason why this family’s considered as complex as well as dramatic is truly because the fact that every episodes that i watched before, there must be always a fight between that family members, i don’t know why this drama should be exposed publicly since in my point of view, family matters are not a public consumption. even though that they’re getting richer because of the show, i think that they’ve lost the right and opportunity to keep something private or in this case the right to not to reveal any family conflict to public in my opinion. However, i do enjoy sometimes watching it since back then, i got nothing to do so watching the show is something to waste time before a real activity started.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, plastic surgery is purely personal choice, unless the plastic surgery is needed for health purposes. like a coin plastic, surgery has to sides of arguments from religion point of view, plastic surgery is definitely a no go because it is what God has given to us, yet we still do not appreciate what has been given. Other than that, plastic surgery has a risk that effects may cause one hundred eighty degrees of the goal of the plastic surgery itself. but like any other things that have risks, it also has rewards. One of the rewards is simply made you feel good. When people make a positive change involving their health or aesthetics, it typically has a trickles down and the betterment is felt in several other areas of their life. This is one of the most common benefits of plastic surgery procedures. So, at the end of the day plastic surgery purely personal choice.
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I don't even know why and how Kim Kardashian is famous; I mean I don't know exactly what she does to be where she is at now. I get it that she has a reality show but before that, what exactly did she do, was it the infamous scandal with Ray J? or simply by being BFFs with Paris Hilton? or was it because of her father? still questionable for me. However, the past 5-10 years have sort of answered my questions because, I see that she's a beauty enthusiast. Judging by her face that constantly changes whether it's by make up or plastic surgery I can see why she is a beauty enthusiast. She's currently running multiple business worth millions of dollars, she's quite a hustler. Although there are lots of people who are hating on her, I think she's become more respectable now more than ever. People change, she has proven that she can be a successful woman without her father or Paris Hilton and it's great to see.

Kim Kardashian is a celebrity that will always be heard by people. She had a scandal for a relationship and sexual intercourse. Between all her siblings, she can be marked as the most famous one. With her marrying Kanye West, made her more popular. Looking at her changes in appearance, I can say that it is because she wants to look appealing every time, following the current trend. She was once blonde and then suddenly tan, just because of the current trend at that time. It is very common for celebrities to change their appearance because they are following the current trend in order to look appealing and interesting in front of their followers. It is key to keep their followers attracted to them because it can be analogized that the celebrities are a product and the followers are consumers.
ReplyDeleteI don't really know much about the Kardashian family. I know before becoming a superstar, Kim once work for Paris Hilton as her assistant. Her mother Kris married a famous athlete Robert Kardashian and at first had 5 kids with him and later married Bruce Jenner which she had Kendall and Kylie with. I know that Kim and Kanye's 'leaked' video were once viral but I don't really know why the media keep pointing the spotlight to this family after all that went down. I never saw the Keeping Up With The Kardashian show because even from the comercial I could tell that it's filled with pointless dramas full of sister's cat-figthing or some breakup-makeup issue with one of their boyfriends. But besides that, I don't really know what makes them special or where they get their money from. I just hope our generation realize that not all hollywood superstars are worth idolize to and to choose their role model carefully and wisely.

Kim Kardashian is one of the family member that has got something done to her body. Kim Kardashian were rumoured to have done plastic surgery to her breasts, bottom, lips and nose. I looked up old photos of her and they were shocking. I thought she looked beautiful before she has got any plastic surgeries done to her. I guess, insecurities got the best of her. In my opinion, beauty isn’t something that is only showcased on the outside. Beauty also comes from the inside.

ReplyDeleteThe facial transformation of Kim as show on the picture of the article is quite impressive, I thought it was different people, but plastic surgery seems something common in her family, and Kim’s business rely mostly on her physical appearance so she always tries to correspond to the Hollywood beauty standard and look for the buzz, sometime maybe try too hard to stay relevant.
She became a role model for maybe teenager on Instagram mostly, and many celebrity’s wannabe try to be like her, we have the example of Nabilla in France for example.
The Kardashian family are a very famous and influential family, not because of their goodwill and act, but mostly because of their controversy and their flamboyant way of life. Firstly I never keep up with their show “keeping up with the Kardashians” mostly because I think that it is an overrated show that mostly consist of cat fighting between sisters and a lot of unimportant drama between them. While most of my opinion towards them are negative, I found that a lot of people actually keep up with all of their drama and family issues. A lot of women are also inspired by the beautiful and sexy look of Kim Kardashian, some even going as far as doing plastic surgery and spending a ton of money doing so. Looking at her, I think the main reason that she does plastic surgery is because that she wants to look as good as possible and be a trendsetter for a lot of women, she does this because she actually made money off her followers and therefore, she keeps her appearance as attractive as possible and it surely has worked. It is important to keep her followers attached to her because simply they made a living for her.

I have nothing against people who like them and follow them on their reality show or social media, but I’ve never been one to keep up with lives of people I don’t really know. I think we have enough problems in our life for us to try and get to know the lives and problems of people we don’t know. I’d much rather spend more time with people I actually like. For example, I could hang out with my friends or call my parents. Those things mean a lot more to me, and I’d much rather do those things than having to keep up with the dramas of a family I don’t know. The marginal cost, as what we studied in economics, for me, is just more than what I’d sacrifice. We could also use the time to study or work out.

Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner after reading this article. Seeing the pictures above, it is shown clearly that she had a lot of plastic surgery before and it is not just on her face but other body parts too especially her buttocks because I think Kim Kardashian is mostly famous because of her gorgeous buttocks they said. So enough talking about Kim Kardashian now I would like to talk about the plastic surgery itself, plastic surgery was actually invented to cover the damage on soldier’s faces and other body parts that they got from the war but now it has evolved and become a surgery that people do just to make them more beautiful or some maybe even uglier I think but still it is their face and their money right so I don’t actually disagree with this kind of thing but I’m actually more open minded about it.

Their family is now probably the most popular family among millenials. Keeping Up with the Kardashians is actually full of drama, but well I think that is exactly what makes them rich. Living with huge amount of money can easily blinded anyone. In this case, one of the Kardashians family member, and probably the richest one, Kim Kardashian. Talking about how her face has changed, there is only one thing that can answer the questions about it; plastic surgery. I personally think that plastic surgery is unnecessary unless if you just had an accident that caused several injuries and plastic surgery is the only way to cure them. If you are asking me whether I would do plastic surgery or any other beauty surgery, the answer is no. I love myself just the way I am.

But because there are so many gossips about Kim Kardashian that had been spread all over the world, one thing that I know for sure is that she did the plastic surgery in addition to look prettier than she was before and also changed some part of her body just to be seen as a ‘perfect’ human being or what so called ‘body goals’. It can be identified easily just by seeing the changes of her face and body. Well, in my perspective, she looks prettier before doing the plastic surgery but indeed looks hotter after doing that. Her nose is sharper, and her lips are so different from her last one which obviously has been changed by doing the plastic surgery. She also changed her body shape by having the Botox. I want to admit that her body is so good and for me, it becomes the sexiest body I have ever seen.

In my own opinion plastic surgery is fine if it is an emergency, like for instance if someone gets an accident, then part of his body needs to be fixed and to fix that part it needs a plastic surgery and nothing else the doctor could do to fix it other than the plastic surgery. But I would say it’s not good for some people out there who do the plastic surgery only for making their selves look better. Because in my perspective, when someone has the initiative to do the plastic surgery it means that he/she doesn’t think that they are good enough to be seen as a human being. That only reason is so contemptible to be heard I think. I believe that human creature is the most perfect creature in the world, so why would someone has a thought in changing his/her own appearance.

Their reality shows is very popular among girls around the world. The Kardashian family is popular with their stereotype of beauty. All of their members are very pretty and known for their beauty standard. A lot of girls around the world are following their beauty standards from their body goals, lip fillers, perfect brows, etc,. I believe that Kim Kardashian already do a lot of facial transformation and plastic surgery is one of her ways that help her to do a facial transformation. In my opinion, plastic surgery is a personal decision that we have to respect. We can't judge people because they undergo a plastic surgery. It's their life and they must have a strong personal reason until they decided to undergo a plastic surgery and we as a human have to respect their decision as long as it is not bad and make their life happy.

All you can see when you watch their reality show is their quarrelling every time. Their reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is giving a big impact on beauty standards. In their reality show, it shoot the Kardashian members daily life and shows them how hard the Kardashian do to mantain their perfect beauty. Personally, I think that this reality show is very toxic. Basically, their reality shows tell us to do extreme things in order to get our beauty goals. Kim Kardhashian became a role model for teenagers in instagram. Kim Kardashians beauty standard doesn't make sense for everyone. She is the one who popularize curvy body. Not everyone could get curvy body easily and because of Kim Kardhashian a lot of people doing crazy heavy workouts or even undergo a plastic surgery just to get a body like Kim Kardashian. I hope that this beauty standard will gone because it's very toxic.
ReplyDeleteI’m not exactly the most up-to-date with the Kardashians, but I’ve seen them everywhere in social media to know their names and know how famous the entire family is. Kim Kardashian is named as one of the biggest social icons in the media today, simply for being herself. There doesn’t seem to be any major changes on her face that shows any signs of her doing plastic surgery in the six pictures. Other than her hair and dress, I can’t see much differences really. I personally think she’s just wearing makeup and following the trends of beauty that was popular back then. Each picture has its own different style of makeup used, where the fifth and sixth picture shows a fancier style of makeup compared to the casual look in the first picture. People underestimate just how powerful of a tool makeup can be, where using a certain amount of makeup products can completely transform someone’s appearance greatly.

Her controversial life have been somewhat entertaining to people. I believe she became so much more viral because her sex tape were leaked to the internet and suddenly everyone know who she is. Talking about how her face has been changing ever since, beauty surgery is not a rare thing in celebrity industry. Celebrity are human also so they of course age and might not have flawless skin and facial structure as before. One way to cope with that is to get plastic surgery or any kind of fillers or even Botox. However it is her life, she can do whatever she wants as long as it is not harming others.
